MLPCARE katalog bağlantıları — gizlilik açıklaması

Medical Park ve Liv Hospital katalog bağlantıları MLPCARE'nin hastane, branş, hekim, yayımlanmış iletişim ve müsaitlik bilgilerini okumak için hazırlanmıştır. MLPCARE grup şirketlerine ilişkin veri sorumlusu bilgileri ve başvuru yolları, MLPCARE kişisel verilerin korunması açıklamasında yer alır. Sorgulanan bilgiler ve amaç

Bağlantı; hastane/branş/hekim adı araması, katalogdaki kurum/hekim referansları, istenen dil, liste sayfası ve tarih aralığını işler. Amaç, kullanıcının istediği public katalog bilgisini ve güncel müsaitlik görünümünü döndürmektir. Referanslar hasta referansları değildir. Kullanıcı hesabı veya kişisel sağlık kaydı bağlantısı yoktur; kimlik numarası, sağlık belgesi, ödeme bilgisi ya da başka kişisel bilgi istenmez. Serbest metin aramalarına bu bilgileri eklemeyiniz.

Akış ve hizmet sağlayıcılar

Kullandığınız ChatGPT/Codex veya Claude istemcisi, seçilen aracın parametrelerini Cloudflare üzerinde barındırılan marka bağlantısına iletir. Bağlantı, MLPCARE katalog API'sini okur; müsaitlik için MLPCARE'nin mevcut hizmet kaynağı kullanılır. Dönen public sonuç seçtiğiniz yapay zekâ istemcisine aktarılır. Bu kod bütün sohbeti, istemin önceki mesajlarını veya hesabınızdaki dosyaları talep eden bir araç sunmaz. Yapay zekâ sağlayıcısının kendi sohbet ve hesap işlemleri bu bağlantıdan ayrı olarak sağlayıcının koşul ve gizlilik ayarlarına tabidir.

Cloudflare, ağ ve barındırma hizmeti sağlar. Kötüye kullanımı sınırlamak için bağlantı ağından türetilen hash değeriyle kısa zaman pencereli istek sayaçları kullanılır. Bu değer anonimlik garantisi değildir. Ham bağlantı IP'si bu uygulama tarafından MLPCARE katalog API'sine veya araç sonucuna eklenmez. Hosting sağlayıcısının ağ katmanındaki işlemleri bundan ayrıdır.

Saklama ve başvuru

Worker uygulamasında bir sohbet/veri tabanı, kalıcı sorgu-sonuç deposu, yanıt önbelleği veya özel konuşma günlüğü bulunmaz; Workers observability yapılandırması kapalıdır. Sorgu ve sonuçlar isteğin işlenmesi sırasında bellekte bulunur. Bu, Cloudflare, seçtiğiniz yapay zekâ platformu ve MLPCARE web sunucuları dahil tüm altyapılarda hiçbir teknik kayıt tutulmadığı anlamına gelmez.

Katalog bağlantılarına ilişkin MLPCARE API/IIS ve altyapı erişim kayıtları 6 ay süreyle saklanır. Bu kayıtların saklama ve silme süreçlerinden MLPCARE sorumludur. Bu süre, kullandığınız yapay zekâ platformunun sohbet ve hesap kayıtlarını kapsamaz; bu kayıtlar ilgili sağlayıcının kendi politikalarına tabidir.

Who we are. The Medical Park and Liv Hospital connectors are provided by MLPCARE (MLP Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş.), Flatofis, Haliç Otakçılar Cad. What the connector receives. Only the arguments of the tool the AI client chooses to call: a hospital, branch or doctor search text, catalog reference numbers (hospital/branch/doctor IDs — these are catalog IDs, not patient IDs), language, page offset/size and, for availability, a start date and number of days. The connector has no user accounts and does not ask for identity numbers, health records, documents, payment data or contact details. Please do not type such information into search text. The connector does not request your conversation, earlier messages, memory, files or account data from the AI client.

How it is used. The arguments are used only to read MLPCARE's public catalog API and return published hospital, branch, doctor, contact and availability information to the AI client that called the tool. No profiling, advertising or sponsored content.

Storage. The connector runs on Cloudflare Workers. It has no database, result store, response cache or conversation log, and Workers observability logging is disabled in its configuration. Requests are processed in memory. For abuse protection, short-window request counters keyed by a hash derived from the connecting network are used; this is not an anonymity guarantee, and the raw IP address is not added to backend calls or tool results. This does not mean that no technical records exist anywhere: the hosting network, the AI platform and MLPCARE web servers keep their own operational records.

Third parties. (1) The AI platform you use (for example Claude by Anthropic or ChatGPT by OpenAI) sends the tool arguments to the connector and receives the result; its own terms and privacy settings govern your chats. (2) Cloudflare provides hosting and network services. (3) MLPCARE's catalog API and its existing availability service provide the data. No data is sold or shared for marketing.

Retention. MLPCARE API, IIS and infrastructure access logs relating to the catalog connectors are retained for 6 months. MLPCARE is responsible for their retention and deletion. This period does not cover the chat and account records of the AI platform you use; those records are subject to that provider's own policies.

Limits. The connectors do not book appointments, take payments, give diagnoses or treatment advice, or provide emergency services. Availability is a point-in-time view.
